General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of Kakadu Casino's online casino platform (the "Platform") by players (the "Player" or "Players"). By accessing, using, or participating on the Platform, Players agree to be bound by these Agreement.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement:

• "Affiliate Partners" means any third-party affiliate websites and marketing entities with which N1 Interactive has a contractual agreement.

• "Game(s)" means the games made available on the Platform for Players' use.

Account Registration

(a) All Players must register an account on the Platform through a genuine email address and password combination.(b) Upon registration, all transactions shall be recorded in the currency indicated during the registration process (the "Account Currency").(c) The Company may request additional information to verify your identity as required by applicable laws.

Security Measures

(a) All Players acknowledge that access to the Platform is restricted based on individual Player account verification.(b) The Company reserves the right to block, terminate or limit access in cases of suspected collusion, cheating or any form of activity deemed detrimental to fair play.

Game Rules and Odds

(a) Each game offered on the Platform will have its own set of rules ("Game Rules"), which shall be made available before you place a bet.(b) The Company may modify, revise, withdraw or replace any of the Games at their discretion without prior notice.(c) Any discrepancy between these terms and conditions and those published in the Game Rules shall prevail.

Welcome Package

(a) A welcome package (the "Welcome Offer") is available for new Players to a maximum amount as set out on the Platform's website, or such other amount that may be updated from time to time.(b) Eligibility criteria apply; see relevant sections of these Terms and Conditions for details.

Payment Method

(a) All payments made by you will be subject to verification and processing times applicable in accordance with applicable laws.(b) Withdrawals are processed according to the company's terms of withdrawal, which may require a minimum number of deposits or wagering requirements to meet before being eligible for a payout.

Withdrawal

(a) Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply; see relevant sections of these Terms and Conditions for details.(b) All withdrawals will be processed according to applicable laws, and subject to verification requirements as set out by the Company.(c) Payments may take up to 3-5 working days to process once approved.

Player Obligations

(a) The Player undertakes not to provide incorrect information during registration or for any subsequent purpose.(b) Players acknowledge that all transactions on their account are subject to internal controls as set out in these Terms and Conditions.

General Disclaimers and Risks

(a) The Player understands that all Games are operated by our respective software suppliers who assume no liability under this Agreement.(b) No warranties or representations have been made in regard to the accuracy of any Game or associated information on the Platform, nor with respect to any other aspect thereof.

Data Protection and Personal Data

(a) The Company collects, processes and stores personal data as set out within our privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy").(b) Players agree that this Privacy Policy applies in addition to these Terms and Conditions.(c) If there is a conflict between the two documents, then the latest version of the document will apply.

Changes to These Agreement

(a) The Company may modify or update any provisions within these terms at our discretion without prior notice; it shall be your responsibility to review them periodically for updates.(b) Continued use after notification implies acceptance and consent by you to all amendments made thereto.
